Mohit Arora

Mohit has a general background in cross-border finance spread over 20 years leading to successfully building & handling an aggregate credit exposure of ~$9 bn. His recent responsibilities have included business interests in over 50 countries spread across North America, Latin America, Asia, Middle East and Africa.

 

He has covered a wide range of clients including flagship multinationals as well as middle markets names in sectors such as energy, metals and softs. Within the financial services industry, he is well regarded for turning around & leading new business development initiatives across multiple geographies. He is also well known for his credit skills particularly in the area of market risk. 

 

Mohit has previously served senior leadership roles at major international banks such as Standard Chartered, Rabo Bank, Standard Bank & ICICI Bank. He has worked and lived in multiple locations including New York, Dubai, Johannesburg, Ankara New Delhi and Mumbai.

 

Mohit is also a contributor to Financial Times and has been a speaker at leading global conferences, his recent speaking assignments have included London School of Economics and FT-Brazil leadership conference. He has been additionally covered by CNBC and Reuters.

 

His educational background includes MBA and M.S. from India. He is married with one son and enjoys comparing civilizations and geo-political-economic history in addition to adventure travel. 

Cliff has about 35 year of financial services and consulting experience ranging from leadership roles at Ernst & Young, BDO & National Centre for State Courts to leading turnarounds at  corporates such as The Wickes Cos..

 

Since mid-1980s' Cliff has assisted over 100 clients across sectors, seeking debt or equity funds. Also, on the sell side, he has assisted several private companies in M&A transactions, including due  diligence  and  compliance  documentation.

 

Cliff has served on the following boards: The Town Hall Los Angeles Board of Governors, in which he  is a Life Member; the University of Southern California, Alumni Board of Governors, serving eight years; the Half Century Trojan Ambassadors; and the Ernst & Young Alumni Board of Directors for Los Angeles County.  From 1999 to 2003, he served as President of this 7,000 member group,  and played a major role, in organizing the Orange County Alumni Association (5,000 members), and the San DiegoCounty Alumni Association (3,000 members).

 

Also, he has served in faculty and leadership capacities for several major universities in southern California, including their Strategic planning and accreditation processes. Students in his classes and programs have come  from 35 countries.

 

Cliff is a native of Los Angeles, CA. A long time resident; he also lived in Boston, MA, Washington, D.C., and San Francisco, CA. A graduate of the University of Southern California, he holds a B.S. degree in Urban Planning, and Masters Degree in Statistics and Business Economics.

Lucas has a decade of experience in international trade advisory with a focus on logistics, international business development, and strategic geographic location management and sales. Lucas also specializes in trade and establishment advisory for inbound investors and corporates coming into Brazil. He has worked and lived in locations including the USA, Central America and Western Europe. His educational background includes MBA from the US and master degree from Brazil.

Vince has over twenty-seven years of experience in business finance and operations including business start-ups, strategic planning and growth, mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financing, operations, and taxation. Vince's experience extends to both international and domestic operations having spent considerable time working in Latin America, Europe and Asia.

 

Current credentials include:

  • Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Corporate Rescue, LLC which specializes in the facilitation of alternative financing for small businesses across the United States and,   

  • Founder and Managing Partner of Arnette & Associates, a Regional South Florida CPA Firm. 

 

Past positions include:

  • Chief Financial and Operational Officer for Brightpoint Latin America,

  • Vice President of Finance for Fox Television, 

  • Director of Financial Operations for Telemundo Network, 

  • Corporate Audit Manager for Twentieth Century Fox and,

  • Senior Auditor for Deloitte and Touche.
