CPN engages in Private Equity Group solicitations. These are addressed in a similar format to bonds, in a less expensive procedure. These syndications do not involve private investors, and they do not require engagement of a Broker Dealer. We also have a significant Private Equity syndication capability and Joint Venture options, if pursuit of the debt format seems restrictive to a client.Our process is not to tell you what to do and then leave. We can get involved with portions of the execution process with an enviable list of talent that is sensitive to employee needs, mitigation of risk and intelligent alternatives thus making your transition less painful and more profitable.
