♦ CPN works strictly on a product and consulting basis. Our pricing is standard, fair and reasonable.

♦ CPN services are geared to assist you in the process, as a member of the team. Interface is usually vital.

♦ CPN contracts reflect specific hires for documentation, presentation materials, third party administration and consulting.

♦ CPN contract costs are structured reasonably for both parties. Documentation and consulting fees are never tied to projected funding, only on the projected cost of the deliverable.

♦ CPN can provide financing for our services under certain terms.

♦ CPN is not a licensed entity and therefore we are not allowed to take incentive based compensation of any kind. We work strictly on a consulting basis for raising capital.

♦ Due to our established profile, volume of inquiry, and for the sake of client privacy and confidentiality, CPN does not give out client specific references or confidential information. We have sample documentation for review as well as industry affiliations and we are transparent in procedure. This policy is non negotiable. If you feel this is inadequate please visit another service provider.

♦ CPN will provide a one-time review on all requests for assistance. If a contract is issued per client request and it is not executed within a 21-day period then CPN reserves the right to cancel. CPN may re-issue any additional contracts under altered terms or charge the client to re issue an agreement in order to perform a secondary review, or pay for the complimentary professional time previously utilized  after 30 days.

♦ REVIEW POLICY – If you do not have the capital to engage services at this point in time, are seeking discounted work or transaction based efforts, please defer your submission until you have established a budget for our services.

NOTE: We do not sponsor events, work on incentive or provide capital to affiliate third parties for any reason. This includes Government, Charities, Associations or political campaigns of any kind. This is to avoid legal ramifications and political fallout or a perception of favoritism. This is a uniform policy.

We do not travel without compensation and accommodations being paid for in advance; unless part of a contractual agreement. Our per diem rate is available to interested parties.
