Who do you work with in the Financial
Markets?
We work with NASD Broker Dealers and Securities
Counsel, that have performed multiple Bond originations, including
mutual fund origination and instruments that have been adopted by large
financial institutions. They include project origination, real estate,
corporate debt, institutional private placements, IPOs and creative debt
placement on domestic and international projects. We also utilize
licensed representatives, who assist us in the advisory and selling
agent process. They have completed placements for Bank of America, BB&T,
Finance 500, Zions, CitiGroup, La Salle, Scudder, Barclays, and a host
of others. Our outside team has a wide array of experience and licenses,
including Series 7, 24, 11, 53, 4, and 63, and has worked with most bond
and debt desks throughout the country. We also have solicitation
capability with a Broker Dealer that has placed over $13 Billion in debt
instruments. In addition, we have a close relationship that has been
established with a major Real Estate and Corporate Finance Fund Manager
that oversees over $6 Billion in capital. Ever changing, CPN currently
has offerings exceeding $154 million in underwriting.
