CPN is an originator. We serve as the
"starting quarterback" of your team. We analyze the information you
submit to us, structure an orderly package, and engage in the initial
solicitation process with qualified Counsel to syndicate to the Broker
Dealers who specialize in Bond or Debt underwriting and selling. In
cooperation with Counsel, we address issues in regard to information
needs, structures, and time frames. Our goal is to place you with the
appropriate professionals who will "do the job", and who are suitable to
the request. We are an integral component of this process.
